This will be a very interesting game, as both teams are in the best moment of the season. But I see Athletic a bit better here.
Betis achieved great results in the recent weeks, but some of them were pretty lucky. For example, the victory against Osasuna on Monday (1:0) - goalkeeper was the man of the match. The draw against Real Sociedad (2:2) - scored at 85’ and 93’ (undeservedly). And in the Cup against Real Sociedad too, had to play extra time where the rival was tired.
The main reason for this performance is the amazing level of Canales, their best player. But Betis still has the same problems they have had during the whole season: a weak defence, goalkeeper and lack of concentration at the back. We must remember that they have the worst defense of La Liga (34 goals conceded after 21 rounds).

Athletic has better defense and I see them totally able to score some goal here. If they know how to stop Canales, it will be easy for them. Guests will put a lot of pressure and intensity on the field, something that Betis doesn't have. The draw is very possible in regular time, but the kind of match I’m expecting will be better for Athletic, as they will have spaces for the counter attacks with their fast and talented offensive players.
I’m sure that if Athletic plays at the same level as they have been in the last weeks (against very strong teams like Barcelona and Madrid), will win this.
