I did go against PIF heavily from the start as I knew exactly that class-wise they are in the wrong league. They did get their 4 points out of their first 3 games and destroyed a few handicap bets in the following ones, but now the bare facts are out there for everyone to see, they have lost last 7 games in the row and there is no bad luck or unjustice happening. It is their basic class.
Of course one can argue that the losses are narrow and they have mostly met the better half teams, but a loss is a loss, and PK-35 definitely belong to the top-6!
PK-35 season so far has been a big disappointment as they secretly hoped to be in the promotion fight as the player material on paper is good, not in the relegation fight. The cup match v HIFK earlier this showed a lot of improvement and despite disqualifying that match might be the turning of their season. Important and tall centre-back Marko Koskinen returns to the squad after long absence.
PIF chances rely on striker Gecim Voca. He does have a good foot and excellent shots and he has scored 4 so far, but as it almost all they can offensively offer the away team coach Raimi - known for good opposition scouting - has an easy job in eliminating him.
Another big name to follow at PIF would be midfielder Tomas Hradecky as he was supposedly the most talented one the brothers until injuries broke his career. Now the most famous of the brothers is the Leverkusen keeper Lukas!
