After the promotion in Serie A, AC Monza of Berlusconi and Galliani have a very ambitious project. They made a sensational transfer market signing medium-high quality players from Serie A like gk Cragno, def Ranocchia, def Marlon, mid Pessina, mid Sensi and st Caprari. It's a good mix of experienced players adding also that some of them are or have been with Italian National Team.
The goal is to avoid the relegation and try to qualify for one of the European Cups.
In pre season friendlies Monza showed good form winning all the games and also scoring a lot.
Coach Stroppa said that the Cup is a priority at the moment and he will put the best lineups possible with available players.
Frosinone in other hand is a medium team of Serie B. They mostly confirmed the same roster and coach Grosso, who in my opinion is very limited.
In transfer market signed good players but for Serie B quality.
I don't think the win of Monza will be in discussion today, after big investments they wants to start with the right foot.
