The Mexican league is by far the strongest in the CONCACAF federation and I think their clubs have a big advantage over clubs from other countries because of the quality of football above all. Tigres welcomes Orlando City, a team that surprisingly found itself in this competition and now awaits a historic match against the winner of this competition in 2020. The good news seems to have reached the Tigres, because of the return of Gignac. The Frenchman was at training and everything indicates that he will return to activity after three games sidelined due to injury. With him, Tigres will have a lot of firepower in the front, but even if he doesn't start the match, Argentinian Ibanez will lead the attack with the support of Lainez, who played for Betis and Lopez, who played for Udinese. The quality difference between the two sides should prevail in favor of the Mexicans.
