Gameday in Tokyo for a friendly game between Japan & Uruguay.
Japan will be without Osako, Furuhashi, Yamane, Sho Shasaki, Gonda, Sakai, Yoshida & Hatate. Gonda hasn't been selected because J League 2 hasn't break so he asked to not be with the NT.
On their side Urugya will be without Muslera, Ronald Araujo, Luis Suarez, Cavani, Nunez, Bentancur, De Arrascaeta, José Gimenez, Godin & Varela. It's a big number of missing especially offensively without the best midfielder of the continent.
We are going to have a very good value on Japan who impressed during the previous WC against an Uruguay team who really didn't play a good football.
Japan has a very good roster for this game even if in front I would have prefered to see Furuhashi and not Maeda who was recently injured so it was quite strange to see him called but let's suppose that he is fit. We will have Asano who should be the key striker. Shuto Machino who has been on fire in this early of season with Shonan. Midfield with Ao Tanaka, Mitoma, Kubo, Endo etc.
Maybe the defense is the weakest point of Japan but as I said, Uruguay is really not going with their best line up and without Nunez, Cavani, Suarez & De Arrascaeta I expect them to be much less dangerous.
I expect Japan to make a positive result on this game. Japan DNB is the best spot.
I expect 1-1 or 2-1.
