I see Cadiz with enough arguments to achieve at least one point here.
Cadiz is a newly promoted side who started very well the season but in the last months their performances have been worse, especially in defense.
The solidity at the back is the basis of this team. In the recent games they recovered it a bit: not in stats, as they have conceded 5 goals in last 5 games, but in the performances and sensations. Cadiz is defending better, they have more concentration, and 4 of the 5 goals conceded were for lack of concentration: 3 penalties and one in the last minutes at 85’. Mistakes totally remediables. Also we must note that rivals were pretty strong: Barcelona (2nd), Betis (7th) and Villarreal (5th).
On the other hand, Valencia is a terrible team this season. They have many problems in the club, lack of quality and motivation, they just want the season ending as soon as possible. 12th on table, in the middle of nowhere without relegation problems or European ambitions.
There’s no reason to see Valencia favorite here. They have won only two games as visitors so far. Furthermore, in the last 6 lost 5 and drew one, scoring just two goals.
I’m expecting a tight game, where both teams have lack of quality especially upfront, but where I see Cadiz with higher motivation and a better defence. Also the home factor (in spite of closed doors) will be important as Valencia is a terrible visitor and Cadiz know that to avoid relegation, they need to achieve points in the home games remaining to play.
Draw is very possible here, a point would be fine for both sides. But in any case I can see Valencia favorite, so we go with Cadiz covering the draw.
