Sampdoria's attack is still led by the thirty-eight years old striker Fabio Quagliarella, who has found the net ten times this season, also scoring in their 1-1 draw against Milan.
Juric's men have won five of their fifteen visits this season. Verona's last game against Sampdoria ended in a 1-2 loss at home, with Sampdoria continuing a two-game winning streak against them. Verona still lacks an efficient striker in their squad, which has been their biggest problem throughout the season. Their defense continues to play amazingly, being the fifth-best in the league, conceding thirty-five times so far.
I expect a close game of football between the two sides, but will choose Sampdoria as the favorite to win this one. A draw is still a possibility, and is likely to occur if both squads do their jobs correctly. Good luck!
