Manchester United is the main candidate to win this title. Is the team with more quality, experience and better form. They are 100% focused on winning this competition, as coach Solksjaer said: “the dream of this season is to achieve a title”.
Since United was kicked out of the Champions League, they have been the favorites to win the title. And their performances showed why: won easily vs Real Sociedad, Granada and deservedly vs one of strongest teams in the competition - Milan (much better side than Roma).
Manchester United has a squad full of quality with Bruno Fernandes and full of confidence after a great month of results. They are very focused on this competition and achieve the title.
On the other hand, Roma is probably the weakest team in the Europa League ½ finals. In the last months they have had a problem: always lost and made bad performances in the important fixtures. In the whole season they weren't able to achieve any positive result against the top teams in Serie A, while their rivals in Europa League were pretty easy and weak: Braga, Shakhtar and Ajax.
Against Ajax in ¼ finals they were very close to lost, I'd even say that Ajax deserved to qualify there.
Coach Fonseca is known that most probably will be out of the club for the next season, same as key player Dzeko.
I’m expecting a match dominated by Manchester United, who have much more quality, confidence and are in better form. Roma is a weaker side and their performances against strong teams this season don't invite hope. Hosts should at least win here, if not easily by +2 goals.
