It is really hard not to see value in this pick as struggling and "Haaland-less" BVB takes on VFB Stuttgart.
Not while ago I was opposing Stuttgart with a number of arguments, which eventually proved wrong even if the pick had somehow won. Newly promoted team keeps showcasing a really peculiar attacking and attractive football, which has taken them into a comfortable 8th position in the table, just 5 points short of today's opponent Borussia.

They have not faced anyone as strong as Borussia, though, so this test is the biggest one yet.
Stuttgart will miss captain Gonzalo Castro (suspension), while key attacking unit Gonzalez is a doubt according to all available resources. He could make a return into the starting XI after all.
BVB have not been themselves lately. Haaland's injury has definitely had a massive impact on Favre's team. They've managed to take just 1 point from games against Eintracht (1-1 away) and Koln (1-2 loss at home). In midweek trip to St.Petersburg BVB were in a lethargic sleep for 80% of the match, though they needed to win to finish top of the group and secure better draw in knockout stage. Zenit simply forgave Favre's team with a number of missed counter opportunities in 1-0 lead. Then the Russian team welcomed BVB into the game and let score 2 easy goals.
Stuttgart is not going to be so friendly on Saturday. With Haaland still unavailable + Akanji, Schmelzer, Hazard and possibly Guerreiro also out - BVB is expected to continue its' struggles from previous games. There is simply not a single reason to expect an improvement from them, so the +1.5 line is really appealing. There is yet to be a game on the road for Stuttgart, where they have not scored. With a goal in BVB's net, this game will be thrown into jeopardy.
