Odd has been playing fantastic in their recent games. They have two wins in a row, in which they scored 6 goals (3-0 at home against Tromso and 3-1 away win against Brann). The thing that can please the coach and the fans is great teamwork between Odd's players. I watched the game against Tromso and I really enjoy watching Odd's players playing short passes, using backheels and simply it was a joy to watch. Striker Bakenga scored two goals and he has been in fantastic form so far as he scored 8 goals in 8 games (6 goals in the last 3 games!!!). If Odd continues to play like this I can see them fighting for Europe Competitions this season. After a slow start and 3 games without winning, Odd has 13 points from the last 5 games and they also defeated reigning champion Bodo at home 1-0. I think that win boosted morale in the squad and today Mjondalen will have a difficult task to avoid defeat. Mjondalen managed to stay in the league after winning in the last round of the 2019/2020 season and they started this season with a 3-0 away win against Sandefjord. That was their only win in the current season and they winning less in the last 7 games. In the last round, they took point on a tough away game against Kristiansud but their overall performance wasn't so good. In my opinion, Mjondalen is a very limited squad, they play defensive football and focus on counter-attacks. Right now Odd is in better form, Bakenga is on fire and I think it's a good bet to back Odd not to lose this game. Odd won the last game between these two teams 6-1 last season and if you feel lucky you can try Odd to win with wonderful odds 2.5.
My prediction: Odd not to lose
