In my opinion Tottenham is clear favorite of today's match up and they should be able to make comfortable win, maybe even with 2-3 goals margin.
Amazing news for Tottenham supporters-top striker and team captain decided to stay in club this summer. He is focused on helping team to achieve some success this season. Is huge boost of confidence for whole club, no doubts. He already played in midweek match at European Cups against Paco's and he scored 2 goals. He coming full of confidence and will be very dangerous today.
So far Watford doesn't looked good. In first match they won at home against Aston Villa, but that wasn't good performance - they had only 38% ball possession and only 0.86 expected goals scored. In last round they looked even worse - they lost 0:2 on away against Brighton. Poor at the back and no creativity upfront (only 0.45 expected goals scored).
Tottenham won in first two matches (against Manchester City & Wolves) and even not conceded a single goal. They have solidity at the back and Watford should have problems with goalscoring, on the other hand Tottenham should be able to score some goals, especially with Harry Kane on the pitch.
Tottenham won 9 of last 10 home matches against Watford. Tottenham as well won 24 of last 27 home matches against league newcomers. On the other hand Watford lost last 7 Premier League matches in a row. They lost 16 of last 22 league matches in London .
It's special match-Tottenham star Son will play his match #200 today. Tottenham have chance to record home win #300 in Premier League.
Hosts wants to finish in top4, Watford is main candidate for relegation. I see big difference between both clubs and I trust for Tottenham here.
