Kjetil Rekdal has taken HamKam from being close to relegation to table-leader for promotion in just over a year. He keeps a low profile tellin g the press that HamKam are still a small club and much work needs to be done, but he just enjoys the present.
HamKam had a disappointing 0-0 draw against Strømmen last Saturday. But this might be a dangerous signal for their next rivals. HamKam always come back in a very strong way. If they can beat Jerv, Ålesund and KFUM Oslo in the next three matches, promotion will be in their pocket.
Jerv have wonderful away form, having taken 16 of 18 possible points in the last six away games. Now they are third on the table threating HamKam’s leadership. But Jerv’s results are exaggerated. Some one must bring them down. HamKam will do the job.
