In my opinion RBL have really good chances to make good result in today's match.
Borussia have small edge in last matches between both teams - 3 wins, 2 draws and one loss in last 6 matches, but since last match RBL improved and I can't say the same thing about Borussia.
RBL under Nagelsmann is in constant progress. They qualified into knockout stage of Champions League (instead of Manchester United). Almost in every formation RBL have a player who currently is in his top form like winger Angelino or central midfielder Sabitzer. RBL is only 2 points behind Bayern and they are really looks like title contender. They lost only once in 14 rounds and they have the best defense in league - only 9 goals conceded, they kept clean sheet in 50% of matches so far. RBL is full of confidence, they not conceded a single goal in last 4 matches in a row. They are extremely solid at home - they went unbeaten in 20 of last 21 home Bundesliga matches.
On the other hand Borussia plays much worse season so far. They are already 6 points behind RBL - 5 losses in 14 matches. It's very poor record for them - 2 years ago they had only 4 losses in whole season, one year ago 7. Now they have 5 and even half of the season is not finished. One of the reason is form of Jadon Sancho - 2 years ago he had 12 goals and 14 assists, in previous season 17 goals and 16 assists. Now he have only 1 goal and 4 assists in 12 matches - this is big drop of quality. Borussia 3 rounds ago changed coach - with Edin Terzic on the bench they have 2 wins and one loss (on away against Union 1:2). In last round at home against Wolfsburg they still doesn't looked convincing for me. They won 2:0, but that wasn't fully deserved result - expected goals scored for Borussia 2.13, for Wolfsburg 2.27. On the other hand RBL looked great in last round - they won in good style 1:0 on away against in-form Stuttgart. Expected goals scored for RBL 2.47, for Stuttgart 0.97.
I see good chances here for hosts.
